How to make the earrings
(a slight variation from the TierraCast project)
Make the Bell Dangles ~
Insert a headpin into a 4mm faceted round crystal bead and form a small wrapped loop at the top, small enough to tuck up inside the bells.
Using another headpin, form a small simple loop at one end, cutting off the head of the headpin, and attached to the loop of the crystal bead. (The TierraCast project says that you can use the part you trim off the first wrapped loop to make the 2nd one. This can be difficult and frustrating. We used another headpin.)
Insert the straight end of the headpin up through the inside of the small bell flower cone and add a 2mm round bead at the top, then form a small wrapped loop.
Repeat with 2nd small bell flower cone.
Repeat the process with the 2 medium and 2 large bell flower cones, using the 3mm round beads at the top of the cone. You should have a total of 6 bell dangles, 2 of each size.
Assemble the earrings ~
Attach one jump ring to the large bell.
Open another jump jump ring and use it to join together a small bell, a medium bell, the jump ring of the large bell and the loop of the earwire.
