Swarovski recommends ONLY 2 part epoxy for gluing flatback rhinestones. G-S Hypo cement may have a convenient applicator tip but it is not an appropriate adhesive for this application.
Apply adhesive to the area where you want to place the flatback rhinestone, NOT to the rhinestone itself.
Make a convenient "pick up" tool for your flatback rhinestones by placing a small ball of Thread Heaven or Natural Beeswax to the tip of a toothpick.
