If you want a bond that will last forever, this is the adhesive you want to use! This is what professionals use when they want a permanent bond. It's safe for use with rhinestones, it is waterproof, it will not harm the foil backs of flat back or point back rhinestones. It's also great for applying half drilled beads to posts or gluing cabochons to settings.

We recommend this adhesive, and no other, for setting crystal rhinestones in our line of Alacarte Designer Clasps. This is also what Swarovski recommends. This is "Jewelers Epoxy". It is high strength, will not shrink or be affected by water or oil. It sets clear and colorless in about 5 minutes. We usually dispense it on to a piece of non-absorbant paper or plastic that we can dispose of when finished. Once dispensed, we mix it with a toothpick, then apply using a toothpick also. We apply the adhesive to the SETTING not to the crystal rhinestone. After that, we just set the item in a safe place to set up and dry. It couldn't be easier!

If you purchase an Alacarte Magnetic Clasp, this is the ONLY adhesive recommended by the manufacturer for use in gluing in the magnets. Because of the strength of the magnets, other adhesives may not work.
